Re-development of a former industrial area, concept study for a mixed use functional configuration. The site is located on the main connection between city center and airport, on the cross section of different urban structures. Maintaining a good urban layout and restoring the urban pathways and walking routes that existed before the area was used as an industrial location constituted the backbone of the project along with its visual impact on the urban landscape and economic viability.
