Grădinescu

Cristina Potra Mureşan and Valentin Mureşan, the clients of this project, are two forward thinking local entrepreneurs. Their interesst is to develop this area as a social gardening project continued in a second phase with a school and outdoor activity area. The "Grădinescu" project is outstanding as it combines the value of gardening for social and physical health with its value for sustainable urban development and mitigation of climate change. As an office we were responsible for developing the zoning plan as a flexible and future oriented instrument, rather than a fixed solution.
